UK delivery

Orders placed before 3pm on a working day leave us the same day. Orders placed after 3pm, at a weekend or on a bank holiday go the next working day.
International

Prices exclude import duty or local tax. EU orders may attract customs charges on arrival, which are the recipient’s responsibility and are set by the destination country, not by us.
Tracking
You’ll get a dispatch email with a tracking number as soon as the carrier scans your parcel. If nothing has arrived within 24 hours of that email, check your spam folder before contacting us.
If it doesn’t arrive
Royal Mail treat UK post as lost after 10 working days and international after 20. We won’t make you wait that long — get in touch as soon as tracking stops updating and we’ll open a case. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit we replace it at our cost.
