The contract between you and us when you place an order.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we email you to confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If a piece turns out to be out of stock or mispriced we may decline the order and refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices include VAT at the prevailing UK rate and exclude delivery unless stated. We can change prices at any time, but never after your order is confirmed. Obvious pricing errors are not binding on us.
Product descriptions
We describe materials and finishes as accurately as we can. Screens vary, so colour may differ slightly from what you see. Dimensions and weights are given to the nearest millimetre and gram and carry normal manufacturing tolerance.
Our guarantee
The two-year no-tarnish promise covers fading, discolouration and lifting of the finish in normal wear. It does not cover impact damage, deliberate misuse, or exposure to bleach, solvents or abrasive cleaners. It is offered in addition to your statutory rights, not instead of them.
Liability
We don’t limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
