Who we are
LORD Jewellery is the data controller for personal data collected through this site.
PLACEHOLDER — your registered company name, company number, registered address and ICO registration number must appear here before launch.
What we collect
- Order data — name, delivery and billing address, email, phone
- Payment data — handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number
- Account data — email and password hash, order history, saved addresses
- Marketing data — your email, if you opt in, and whether you open what we send
- Technical data — IP address, browser, device, pages viewed

Who we share it with
Only those who need it to get your order to you: our payment processor, our carrier, our email platform and our hosting provider. We don’t sell personal data.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or port it elsewhere. Use the data request form and we’ll respond within one month. If you’re unhappy with how we handle it you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
