Returns & Refunds
Sixty days to change your mind, and your statutory rights on top.
The short version
Anything unworn, in its original packaging, can come back within 60 days of delivery for a full refund. Start the return from your account or through the support centre and we’ll email a prepaid UK label.
Your legal right to cancel
Separately from our 60-day policy, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the day you receive your order to cancel it, and a further 14 days to send it back. You don’t need to give a reason. Nothing on this page reduces that right — our policy sits on top of it.
What we can’t take back
- Engraved or personalised pieces, unless faulty
- Earrings, on hygiene grounds, once the seal is broken
- Gift cards
- Pieces returned visibly worn, scratched or damaged
Faulty or not as described
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something is faulty within 30 days you can reject it for a full refund. After 30 days and within six months we’ll repair or replace it.
Our two-year no-tarnish promise runs alongside this: if the finish fades, discolours or lifts in normal wear within two years, we replace the piece. Damage from impact, chemicals or deliberate misuse isn’t covered.
Refund timings
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to show it. Original delivery charges are refunded on full-order cancellations made under the 14-day right; they aren’t refunded on partial returns.
Exchanges
We don’t process direct exchanges — it’s slower than refunding and re-ordering. Send the piece back, take the refund, and order again whenever suits.
